• Rehab information and techniques from one of America’s top leading experts in construction, renovation, and cost management!.
• And much, much more!
“Being asked to emcee the Investor Bonanza is a huge honor for me and my family”, says Memphis radio personality Robert Feol. “I have been fortunate to be a student of both Don Derosa’s and Pete Youngs’, so getting to share the instructional platform is a with them is a real dream come true for me.”
Don Derosa himself recently praised Feol’s accomplishments and cited his reasons for why Feol was the obvious choice to help lead the Investor Bonanza.
“Robert is quite the unique individual… he is going to be our emcee at our upcoming Investor Bonanza You know, we looked around for people that we felt had the integrity, honesty, and professionalism to emcee an event like that and Robert Feol came to the top of the list very quickly.’
Feol’s emergence on the national scene is not going unnoticed in his hometown of Memphis, either.
Feol was recently nominated for the Memphis Commercial Appeal’s 2009 Top 40 Under 40, which highlights the accomplishments of today’s young professionals in the Memphis metro area. Feol’s Radio show, Pieces of the Puzzle: Journeys in Creative Real Estate Investing is currently ranked #2 on Clear Channel’s News Radio 600 WREC for Saturday programming. Feol also writes a syndicated column for The Baltimore Real Estate Investor Association under Bill Fell. Additionally, Feol has personally raised thousands of dollars for Save One Pets, a local animal rescue that houses dogs and cats in temporary foster housing due to not having a permanent shelter.
Feol, however, isn’t showing signs of resting on his laurels.
“Leaders in this industry have the onus of responsibility to let people know that real estate, when approached properly, can be a very low risk investment that can pay robust dividends over time. In today’s incarnation of the real estate business, credibility is low, sleazy sales techniques are high and integrity is in short supply. I see it in my consulting business every day – investors who bought property from other wholesalers and ‘investors’, and now they just want to be bailed out. It isn’t supposed to be like that, and generally isn’t for cautions investors – education and working with the right people is the key. That’s why I love working with Don and Pete – because there is no question in my mind that they are the right people.”
When asked if he personally knew any of the ‘wrong people’, Feol didn’t bat an eye.
‘Wrong people?,” Feol laughed. “Yes, about 95% of the people in this business. It’s like, one minute you think someone is honest and would never cheat you, the next minute he is receiving a bribe and smiling at you as if nothing has happened, or someone who calls themselves an ‘investor’ tries to get a loan by telling their bank lender they have a million in a ‘trust fund’ with their attorney, which of course doesn’t exist. These kinds of people belong in jail for felony conspiracy to defraud their clients or partners, or get an endeitment under RICO. But I guess the moral of the story is, buyer beware, because these kinds of people are looking for inexperienced investors to provide their next’ feeding frenzy’. One minute a newbie thinks they are making a good investment and the next minute they are bankrupt. Education and caution are so important…and of course, that is why you should attend Investor Bonanza!”
